Abstract

[Indexed for MEDLINE] Conflict of interest statement: None known. Nigel Hanchard has recently completed a study on the diagnostic accuracy of physical tests for subacromial and internal shoulder impingement. The ‘reference’ test was ultrasound guided injection of local anaesthetic into the subacromial bursa and shoulder joint.
